Cumquat Marmalade

This weekend its all about beating the Bats to the Cumqaut's.

We have had some 10 kilos already and made divine Marmalade, supplied it to cafes who have made the yummiest muffins with it, but as the last of them glow on their laden branches we need to pick them before the bats sit there munching all night and take the remainder.
